Junior Coaching Programme - Term 4 2019 & Term 1 2020

Spring/Summer Junior Coaching Programme begins Term 3

Registration Dates as follows:

Sat 7 Sept & Sun 8 Sept - 1pm - 4pm (Love Tennis Open Day)
Friday 27 September - 4.30pm to 6pm.

NB: New Members - please come down to register and let us know what group time you would like to join.
Your children can come down to trial and have a hit with the coaches on any of these dates.
Existing Members - please email us on jellicoeparktennis@hotmail.com so we can check your details haven't changed and that your group time still suits you.

Pre Xmas (10 weeks) Junior Coaching Programme starts as follows:

Term 4 - Friday 18 October to Friday 20 December 2019.

NB: NO coaching in school holidays. Free Holiday Programme will only be run for 11-17yr olds.

Post Xmas (10 weeks) Junior Coaching Programme starts as follows:

Term 1 - Friday 7 February to Friday 3 April 2020.

NB: NO coaching Good Friday 10th April 2020.

Group times available:
3.30 to 4.15pm (Hotshots and intermediate level)
4.15 to 5pm (Hotshots and Intermediate level)
5 to 5.45pm (Hotshots and Intermediate level)
5.45 to 6.30pm (Hotshots and Intermediate level)
5pm to 6pm (Intermediate level and Interclub Development)
6pm to 7.30pm (High Performance and Interclub Level) - NB. All past, current Interclub and development players wanting to represent JPTC this season in Junior Interclub, your pre season training starts Friday 7th September 6pm to 7.30pm. Please re register now to book your spot.

Cost is $140 for Pre & Post Xmas Junior Coaching..
All Junior Interclub players pay $160 for the season.

WINTER JUNIOR COACHING PROGRAMME TERM 3 2019

TERM 3 dates as follows:

(5 weeks) Junior Coaching Programme starts as follows:

Term 3 - Saturday 17 August to Saturday 14 September .

Group times available:
9am to 9.45am (Hotshots and intermediate level)
9.45am to 10.30am (Hotshots and Intermediate level)
10.30am to 11.15am (Hotshots and Intermediate level)
11.15am to Noon (Interclub Development)

Cost is $60 for Term 3.

JPTC Turns 85 in October 2017

Our club turned 85 Oct 2017 and to celebrate we had a laid back family day Sunday 22nd October 2017. Great celebration, thanks to all those that came along to enjoy the day, sadly some of our past members that attended our 80th Jubilee have passed on but were with us in spirit. Looking forward to our 90th in 2022.

Thank you for all your kind donations. We raised almost $300 for this years raffles. These funds go towards our junior break up party. Congrats to all our winners.

JPTC Wins awards at Tennis Auckland Prizegiving

Big CONGRATULATIONS on our amazing win at last nights Tennis Auckland Awards evening being awarded with two major awards. Named 'Junior Interclub Club Of The Year' and winner of 'Club Spirit' award. Our Open Women 1 and Monday Mens Doubles teams also picked up certificates and a pennant for winning their sections in the Auckland Summer Interclub competition so it was a great night for our club all round. Very proud moment for JPTC!

CHRIS & PEGS IN MELBOURNE - FEB 2015

Our club President Chris Temu and his wife Peggy have just returned from the Aussie Open 2015 (AO15). They had a well deserved holiday and had a great time at the tennis. They watched defending champion Stan Wawrinka and saw a lot of upcoming players like Keys from the USA and some outstanding juniors. 'We recommend that if you LOVE Tennis and want to see it at it's best level, you should go to Melbourne in Jan'. It's the most amazing event.
